Mars? Okay how about 15 return journeys?

Total global annual budget = £9510000000000 (9.51 Trillion)

4%* of the above = £380400000000 (£380 Billion)

Peak of NASA budget (1966) = 4%* of the then Federal Budget.

2002 ESA/Russia Mars Plan 2002 (inflation adjusted) = £24580000000 (24.58 Billion)
